How to Cancel a Service

You can cancel any TPC Hosting service at any time. This article explains how cancellation works and what to expect.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your TPC Hosting client area at https://tpc-hosting.com/login.
  2. Go to Services and click on the service you want to cancel.
  3. Select Request Cancellation and confirm.
  4. Alternatively, submit a support ticket requesting cancellation.

When does the cancellation take effect?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your service remains fully active until then. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

Are prepaid fees refunded?

Prepaid fees for the remaining billing period are not refunded when you cancel. If you are within the first 30 days of activation, you may be eligible for a full refund — see the Refund Policy article.

Back up your data before cancelling

You are responsible for exporting or backing up all your data before the service expires. Once a service is cancelled and the billing period ends, your data will be deleted. If non-payment or cancellation exceeds 30 days, the account and all data are permanently deleted.

Important — cancel before the renewal invoice is issued

Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the next billing period. If you want to avoid being invoiced for another period, you must cancel before the invoice is issued. Once the renewal invoice is generated, the billing period is due.

Cancelling a domain

Domain registrations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. If you do not renew a domain, it will simply expire at the end of its registration period. Make sure you back up all data associated with that domain before it expires.
