You can change your hosting plan at any time. Here is how upgrades and downgrades work.
How to request an upgrade or downgrade
- Log in to your TPC Hosting client area at https://tpc-hosting.com/login.
- Go to Services and click on your hosting plan.
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade and choose the new plan.
- Or contact us via a support ticket if you need guidance on which plan is right for you.
Upgrades
When you upgrade, you pay only the price difference between your current plan and the new plan, prorated for the remaining prepaid period. Your service continues without interruption.
Downgrades
When you downgrade, any remaining credit on your current plan is applied to extend the service at the new (lower) rate. We recommend contacting our team before downgrading to make sure the new plan meets your needs.
Restrictions
- Downgrades that require migration or reconfiguration are limited to once every 30 days.
- TPC Hosting may charge a one-time administration fee for plan changes. This will be communicated to you before the change is made.
