WP Toolkit is a WordPress management dashboard built into cPanel. It gives you a single interface to install WordPress, manage multiple sites, configure settings, and monitor updates — without logging into each WordPress admin separately.
Open WP Toolkit
- Log in at https://tpc-hosting.com/login and open cPanel.
- Look for WordPress or WP Toolkit in the Software section, or use the search bar at the top of cPanel.
- Click to open WP Toolkit. All WordPress installations on your account are listed as cards.
Install WordPress
- In WP Toolkit, click Install.
- Select the domain from the dropdown.
- Set the installation path: leave blank to install at the root (yourdomain.com), or enter a folder name (e.g., /blog) to install at yourdomain.com/blog.
- Fill in the site details:
- Site title
- Admin username and password (use a strong, unique password)
- Admin email address
- Choose WordPress version and language.
- Click Install.
Installation takes about 30 seconds. WP Toolkit creates the database, copies the files, and configures wp-config.php automatically.
Manage an existing installation
Each site card in WP Toolkit shows:
- WordPress version (and whether an update is available)
- Number of plugins and themes (with update counts)
- Active theme name
- Security status indicator
Quick actions directly from the card:
- Open — visit the live site
- Log in — go directly to the WordPress admin (wp-admin) without entering your password
- Manage — open the full settings panel for that installation
WP Toolkit automatically detects WordPress
If you already have WordPress installed (e.g., via Softaculous or manual upload), WP Toolkit will detect it and add it to the dashboard automatically. You do not need to re-install it.
Remove an installation
In WP Toolkit, click the three-dot menu on a site card → Remove. You can choose to delete files, database, or both. This is permanent — back up first.
