How fast do you actually reply?
Chat is instant — our AI agent picks up immediately and resolves most questions on the spot. When it can't, an engineer takes over. We look at technical problems at any hour, but we do not promise a fixed response time, and phone support is Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 CET.
Does your AI know what it's doing?
Yes — it's trained on our full knowledge base, product docs, and past ticket resolutions. It understands cPanel, DNS, mail records, common error messages, and our pricing inside and out. When it doesn't know something, it hands off to a human instead of guessing.
Does it work in my language?
The AI handles any language — ask in whatever you're comfortable with and you'll get a reply in the same one. Tickets, phone, and WhatsApp are answered natively in English, German, and Romanian.
When does a human take over?
Just say so. Type 'I want a human' (in any language) and we hand off to one of our engineers. There's no AI-only gate — humans are always one message away.
What happens if I email support@ directly?
It becomes a ticket. Either way it lands in the same queue with the same engineers. The form on this page just saves you typing your email subject from scratch.
Where can I see the status of past tickets?
Inside your client area under 'Tickets'. Tickets opened from this page (without logging in) get tracked by the link we email you when you submit.
