After placing an order, activation time depends on your payment method and whether any verification is required.

Credit or debit card payments

Services are activated within 2 hours of payment being confirmed.

Bank transfer payments

Services are activated once the full invoiced amount is received in our bank account. Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days depending on your bank, public holidays, and the currencies involved. You will receive an email notification when your payment is confirmed and the service is activated.

Where are my login details?

All activation details, login credentials, and account information are sent to the email address on your account. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within the expected timeframe.

What if my order is pending longer than expected?

TPC Hosting may perform a risk assessment on new orders (see our Terms and Conditions). If your order is flagged for review, we will contact you. Orders may also be subject to identity verification (KYC) — see the KYC articles for details. If you have not received an activation email within 24 hours of payment, contact our support team.
