This article explains the timeline from an overdue invoice to suspension and account deletion, and how to get your service reactivated.

Grace period — 7 days

TPC Hosting keeps your hosting service active for up to 7 days past the invoice due date. During this time your service continues to run normally.

Note: Third-party services (domains, software licences, SSL certificates) cannot be extended past their expiration date and require timely payment.

Need more time? Request a deferral

If you know you cannot pay by the due date, contact us before the due date to request a payment deferral. We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests made in advance.

Automatic suspension — after 7 days

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date and no proof of payment or deferral request has been submitted, your account will be automatically suspended. When suspended, your website and services will be inaccessible to visitors.

How to reactivate

Pay all outstanding invoices in full. Once proof of payment is received, your services are reactivated. The tax invoice is issued once the payment is visible in our bank account.

Account deletion — after 30 days

If non-payment exceeds 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This also applies when a cancelled service reaches the end of its billing period and data has not been backed up.

Data recovery after deletion

If a backup still exists at the time of deletion, data restoration may be requested for a fee of €25.00. TPC Hosting does not guarantee that backups will be available after account deletion. Always back up your data before a service expires.
