This article explains how TPC Hosting invoices are generated, when payment is due, and how the automatic renewal process works.
Prices and VAT
All prices on the TPC Hosting website are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Services are primarily designed for businesses, but individuals may also purchase — the applicable VAT is shown during checkout.
Payment in advance
All services must be paid for in advance. Your service is active for the billing period you have paid for (e.g. 1 month, 12 months).
Auto-renewal
Services renew automatically at the end of each billing period. A renewal invoice is generated and sent to your email address 7 days before the start of the next billing period. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel the service before the renewal invoice is issued. Once the invoice has been issued, the billing period is due for payment.
Currency
All invoices and payments are processed in RON (Romanian Leu) at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) exchange rate on the date of invoicing. Prices may be displayed in other currencies for reference, but the amount charged will be in RON.
Invoice delivery
Invoices are delivered electronically — by email and through your client area. TPC Hosting does not issue paper invoices. Tax invoices are issued after payment has been received and credited, during business hours.
Minimum contract term
The minimum contract term equals the billing cycle you selected at purchase. For example, if you chose a 12-month billing cycle, you have committed to 12 months. After that, the service renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price.
