TPC Hosting services may be used to host websites and applications for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you host complies with applicable laws.
Prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited on all TPC Hosting services:
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Pornography or sexually explicit material that does not comply with applicable law
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination
- Phishing pages, scam sites, or any content designed to fraudulently obtain personal information or credentials
- Threats, harassment, abuse, or defamation
- Content promoting xenophobia, racism, or discrimination
- Violent, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
- Content that violates the privacy or legal rights of a third party
- Malware, viruses, trojans, or similar harmful software
- Pirated software or content promoting software piracy
- Cryptocurrency mining or any activity consuming excessive server resources unrelated to the hosted service
What happens if prohibited content is found?
TPC Hosting may:
- Remove or modify content that violates these terms (with prior notice where practicable)
- Suspend your account immediately if the violation is severe — such as phishing, malware, or CSAM
- Terminate your account permanently after two or more confirmed violations within 12 months
Responding to complaints
If TPC Hosting forwards an abuse complaint to you, you must respond within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in suspension of the affected services.
Law enforcement
TPC Hosting cooperates with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity hosted on our infrastructure. We may disclose customer information and content in response to valid legal requests or court orders.
