Once your Sitejet website is created, you can add pages, adjust the global design, configure SEO, and add interactive elements like contact forms and maps.

Manage pages

  • Open the Pages panel from the left sidebar.
  • Add a page: Click the + button. Choose a page template or start with a blank page.
  • Rename a page: Click the page name and type the new name.
  • Reorder pages: Drag pages up or down in the list — this changes the order in your navigation menu.
  • Delete a page: Right-click (or use the three-dot menu) → Delete. The page is removed from the site and the navigation.
  • Set a page as the homepage: Right-click the page → Set as Start Page.

Global design settings

Global styles apply site-wide. Change them once and every page updates automatically:

  • Fonts: Set the primary and secondary typeface. Sitejet offers a curated selection of web-safe and Google fonts.
  • Colors: Set your brand color palette. All buttons, headings, and accents update to match.
  • Spacing and layout: Adjust the width of the content area and the padding between sections.

Access global styles via the Design panel or the style settings icon in the toolbar.

Mobile and responsive preview

  • Use the device preview buttons in the top toolbar to switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
  • Sitejet automatically adjusts layouts for smaller screens.
  • If a specific element looks wrong on mobile, select it and adjust its mobile-specific settings in the element panel.

Add contact forms and interactive elements

  1. Click Add Section in the editor.
  2. Browse the section library for: contact forms, image galleries, maps, team profiles, pricing tables, testimonials, and more.
  3. Select a section and it is added to the current page.
  4. Click inside the section to configure it — for example, set the email address where contact form submissions are sent.

SEO settings per page

  1. Select a page from the Pages panel.
  2. Click the SEO tab in the left panel (or right-click the page → SEO Settings).
  3. Set:
    • Page title — shown in browser tabs and search results. Keep it under 60 characters.
    • Meta description — the short summary shown in search results. Keep it under 160 characters.
    • URL slug — the path for this page (e.g., /contact, /about).
  4. Sitejet generates default SEO values from your page content — review and improve them for each page.

Advanced: code access

If you need to add custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript:

  • Select an element → click Edit Code to access its HTML directly.
  • Use the Page Settings → Custom Code panel to add scripts to the <head> or end of <body> for tracking pixels, analytics, or third-party widgets.

Full code export is available if you want to migrate your site to a different hosting platform.
