Roundcube is the webmail interface available on all TPC Hosting accounts. It lets you send, receive, and manage your email directly in a browser — no email client installation required.

Access Roundcube

  1. Log in at https://tpc-hosting.com/login and open cPanel.
  2. Under Email, click Webmail.
  3. Select your email address from the list.
  4. Click Open next to Roundcube.

You can also go directly to webmail via https://yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with your full email address and password.

Send an email

  1. Click the Compose button (pencil icon) in the left panel.
  2. Enter the recipient's address in the To field. For multiple recipients, separate addresses with commas.
  3. Add a subject and write your message.
  4. To attach files, click the paperclip icon or drag and drop files into the compose window.
  5. Click Send.

Organise your email with folders

  • Standard folders: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Trash — these are created automatically.
  • Create a folder: right-click in the folder list (left panel) → Create new folder. Name it and click Save.
  • Move emails to a folder: select one or more emails, right-click → Move to, then select the destination folder.
  • Delete emails: select emails and press Delete, or click the bin icon. Deleted emails go to Trash and are permanently removed after 30 days (or when you empty Trash manually).

Set up an email signature

  1. Click Settings (gear icon, top right).
  2. Go to Identities.
  3. Select your identity (email address).
  4. Enter your signature in the Signature field. Toggle HTML mode to format it with bold text, links, or images.
  5. Click Save.

Set up an auto-reply (vacation message)

  1. In Roundcube Settings, go to Vacation (if the plugin is available) or set up an autoresponder in cPanel → Email → Autoresponders instead.
  2. Enter the subject and body of your automatic reply.
  3. Set the start and end date of your absence.
  4. Save — Roundcube will automatically reply to incoming messages during that period.

Search emails

  • Use the search bar at the top of the email list to search by sender, subject, or content.
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the search bar to search in specific fields (From, Subject, Body) or across all folders.

Manage spam

  • Emails identified as spam are delivered to the Spam (or Junk) folder automatically.
  • If a legitimate email lands in Spam, select it and click Not Spam to move it to Inbox and help train the filter.
  • To mark an email as spam manually, select it and click the Spam button in the toolbar.

Keyboard shortcuts

  • C — compose new message
  • R — reply
  • F — forward
  • Del — delete selected message
  • U — mark as unread
